Terms of Service
Last updated: 2026-10
These terms are the agreement between VPNGive and the user for the international route subscription service. Creating an account, buying a plan or using a client means you have read and accepted these terms. The aim is to set out clearly what the service covers, where the boundaries of use lie and how responsibility is divided.
Service Scope and Coverage
VPNGive provides an international route subscription service: exit routes in different countries and regions let users reach international websites and use streaming and AI tools. Coverage currently spans 100+ countries / 170+ routes, with relay, dedicated and direct route types; the regions and routes actually available are those listed in the panel.
The service supports Windows / macOS / iOS / Android / Linux clients, and one subscription can be online on unlimited devices at the same time. Creating an account requires no email address — a username and password are enough, and subscription details are viewed and imported in the panel.
Subscriptions are billed monthly: ¥9.9/month for 60GB, ¥18/month for 250GB and ¥28/month for 500GB. Data resets each month on the day your subscription started, and if you upgrade mid-cycle the price difference is prorated by the remaining days. Separate data packs are also available — ¥158/300GB, ¥358/1000GB and ¥658/3000GB — used at your own pace and never expiring. Prices and quotas are as shown on the pricing page.
The service provides network transmission capacity only. It does not produce, edit or proxy any third-party content. Which websites and services a user accesses is that user's own choice, and the consequences rest with the user.
Account and Subscription Rules of Use
An account is for the registered user only and may not be transferred, lent, rented or sold. A subscription can be online on unlimited devices at once, but that is not the same as sharing it: publishing subscription links, configurations or QR codes, rotating one subscription among several people, or folding it into any kind of resale all go beyond the scope of the license.
So as not to affect other users, automated scripts that bulk-pull routes, port scanning or stress testing of routes, and using routes as a proxy entry point for services offered to others are all prohibited.
Users look after their own password. If you notice unusual logins or a leak of subscription details, change the password in the panel as soon as possible and explain the situation through the support channel.
Acceptable Use Requirements
Users must use the service within what the law allows where they are, and are responsible for their own conduct. The following uses are expressly prohibited:
- infringing the privacy, intellectual property or other lawful rights of others;
- spreading illegal content, committing fraud, sending spam or launching network attacks;
- probing, disrupting or attacking this service or other network facilities;
- any other use that breaks the law where you are.
Where the above occurs, the service may first restrict the account's route access, then suspend or terminate the subscription once the matter is verified, and reserves the right to cooperate with the competent authorities as required by law.
Service Availability and Liability Limits
Route availability depends on many factors: your local network, your provider's links, congestion at international gateways and changes in the policies of destination websites. VPNGive keeps maintaining its routes and fixing faults, but does not promise that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free at every moment.
Regional policies on streaming platforms and AI tools are set by those platforms themselves; a region that works today may be adjusted tomorrow, and such changes are not a service fault. If something will not load, switch to a route in another region in the panel and try again.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the service is not liable for indirect losses arising from the use of, or inability to use, the service; liability for direct losses is capped at the amount the user actually paid for the subscription concerned.
Account Termination
Users may stop using the service at any time. A full refund, no reason required, can be requested within 60 days of the first payment; see the Refund Policy for the exact conditions and how to apply.
The service may suspend or terminate an account in the following cases: breach of the “Account and Subscription Rules of Use” or “Acceptable Use Requirements” in these terms; use of the service for illegal activity; a lawful request from a competent authority; and other circumstances that seriously affect the running of the service. When an account is terminated, the subscription benefits and any unused data lapse with it.
Users may also ask to close their account; once it is closed, the subscription details and ticket history in that account are no longer retained. How logs are handled is described in the Privacy Policy.
Changes to Terms and Contact
These terms may change as the service scope, route structure or legal requirements evolve. When they do, the content on this page is updated and the last-updated date at the top is changed; adjustments affecting billing, refunds or users' main rights are explained in advance in the site announcements or in the panel. Continuing to use the service after a change takes effect means you accept the new version.
If you have questions about these terms, contact us through the channels on the support page. For refund questions, please read the Refund Policy first; for account and subscription issues you can open a ticket in the panel.
